Attorney Gunnoe's 36 years in the practice of law includes over 8 years as a prosecutor, and 2 Years as a Magistrate.  He has acted as counsel in numerous jury trials involving issues ranging from wrongful death to felony criminal cases.  Attorney Gunnoe has also handled highly contested divorce and custody cases involving multimillion dollar assets.  

Attorney Gunnoe practices law in the State of Ohio. While his office is geographically located in Centerville, Ohio, Attorney Gunnoe has practiced throughout the State of Ohio, and in various other states. However, his primary practice is in the Greater Dayton Area including Montgomery, Greene, Warren, Clark, Miami, and Preble counties.

While Attorney Gunnoe practices in all areas of law including probate, crimal, DUI, Personal Injury, and Estate Planning, his primary emphasis is within the areas of Divorce, Dissolution, Custody, Child Support, Juvenile Issues, Paternity, Domestic Violence and other areas of  family law.

Attorney Gunnoe graduated from the University of Cincinnati Law School and passed the Ohio State Bar in 1973. He is an active member of both the Dayton and  the Ohio State Bar Associations.

Attorney Gunnoe is a life long resident of the State of Ohio. He and his wife, Judy, have been married for 36 years.  They have 5 children and 6 grandchildren.

Outside of the office Mr. Gunnoe enjoys reading, hunting and fishing.
