Mr. Gunnoe was born in Ironton, Ohio on January 6, 1948.  Since his graduation from the University of Cincinnati Law School in 1973 with a Juris Doctorate he has practiced law in the Dayton area.

Mr. Gunnoe is a sole practitioner.  Approximately 80% of his practice involves divorce, dissolution, custody, support, juvenile court, paternity, domestic violence and other issues involving the practice area normally referred to as FAMILY LAW.

Through his own staff and affiliations with other lawyers, Mr. Gunnoe's office provides representation for legal matters involving probate, estate planning, personal injury and criminal cases.

Mr. Gunnoe's 34 years in the practice of law includes over 8 years as a prosecutor, 2 years as a magistrate in juvenile court, numerous jury trials involving issues ranging from wrongful death to felony criminal cases, and divorce cases involving multimillion dollar assets and hotly contested custody cases.

Mr. Gunnoe has been married for 35 years and has 5 children and 4 grandchildren.  All 5 of his children have graduated from college.
