About Attorney Gunnoe

Attorney Gunnoe's 46 years in practice of law includes over 8 years as a prosecutor and 4 years as a magistrate. He has acted as counsel in numerous jury trials involving issues ranging from wrongful death to felony criminal cases. Attorney Gunnoe has also handled highly contested divorce and custody cases involving multi-million dollar assets.

​Attorney Gunnoe's primary practice is in the Greater Dayton area including Montgomery, Greene, Warren, Clark, Miami and Preble Counties.

Attorney Gunnoe graduated from the University of Cincinnati Law School and passed the Ohio State Bar in 1973. He is an active member of both the Dayton and Ohio State Bar Associations.

Attorney Gunnoe is a life-long resident of the State of Ohio. He has 5 children and 12 grandchildren. Outside of the office, he enjoys reading, hunting, and fishing.
